Sales and billing questions including upgrades or downgrades and all others, can be taken care of quickly by filling out the form located at http://www.integrityhost.com/cgi-script/CSMailto/forms/billing.htm After completing your form you may escalate your ticket to the live chat agent if it is urgent.
